Where do you ship too?
We are able to ship items all throughout Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Isle of Man, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
Am I able to track my order?
Yes, we provide a tracking code once the order has been shipped out with Canada Post.
Can I return/exchange my items?
You are able to exchange your items within 7 days of receiving your order for store credit only. If the 7 days have passed since your shipment, we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
Do you do local delivery/pickup?
Yes, if you are currently located in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) we are able to drive to you free of charge within 48 hours of your $30 or more order.
